TOSimplex can return all feasible solutions for the integer variables of a MILP, but this feature is missing in the interface to polymake

I think to do so, the MILP in polymake should somehow be extended. It seems to have no property like LATTICE_POINTS and there is a difference between lattice points and feasible assignments to the integer variables (with the continous variables being arbitrary).
